Also whether or not the plumbing rough in is already there.In Baltimore County, Md., I'm paying about $6500 to $7000 to put a full bathroom in a basement where no rough in existed before.

Oh did I mention the $1700 i had to drop on the plumbing, becasue someone dropped HUGE Plumb, seeds in the drain and my sink was clogged crazy!
