The best way to understand the prevailing rates and terms in your area is to contact the lenders directly or visit their web pages if they have some.

However, i check on the web it seems a lot of folks use this arrangement.

James Masotti my bank allows me to send wire transfers for $25 via the web from my business account or for free from my personal account (based on account type and average balance).I have used that on occasion with my contractor

Again, stay away from this company like the black plague...you will suffer greatly if you get caught in Alex's web of lies, empty promises and deceit. 

I confirmed this through the county recorders web site.  

There are three options to get an LLC running.1) hire a lawyer.. pay $1-2K, it will be done right and they will tell you what you have to do to keep it legal2) Go to legalzoom or another web based lawyer function.. they will charge you about $4-600, and help you if the forms are not filled out correctly and you can read on the web site what you have to do to keep it legal3) go to the your State's department of State and download and fill out the forms to open an LLC, (that costs $125 in PA), so it will be less, but if you fill the form out incorrectly it will bounce back to you with little to any explanation.... option 2 is usually a good place to start, and then you copy the old forms to make the next one yourself.
