My token of contribution here is to say that for Dorchester, depending on where you go you will find better deals on C, D neighborhoods; however as far as Medford, we have already missed the boat and numbers don't make sense out there anymore unless you get deals off MLS.Good luck and feel free to reach out - I am always open to get together for a cup of coffee the next time you are in Somerville.Flavio

Not a big boat person for waterfront coves or channel access etc. but love the sandy beaches and waves rolling in.

I guess that's fine.. too whatever floats your boat.

We have lawyers backing our work and we are there in case the deal is going sour, we know how to right the boat.  

Back before the housing crash people were taking money out of their houses left and right to buy toys (i.e. boats, jetskis, etc) and that came back to bite a lot of people who ended up underwater on their homes with not much to show for it. 

His property is at the ltop left just behind the boat lift.

If the $50k in consumer debt involves vehicles, boats, motorcycles or sellable 'assets', I want to see Bob amputate these by selling them first to  prove he is serious.
