Now if I wanted to review 10,000 homes, that would have taken me 90 hours.AI can complete this entire job for you around 18 minutes…That’s 300X more efficient.In conclusion, you get the same outcome from using AI, and manually (or virtually) driving for dollars.

One you have easy access and can visit often. 100% remote is a unicorn, REI is not passive, no matter what someone on the internet will tell you.

But where do you see rates a year from now?

Anyway, we are thinking about renting the house that we live in right now for a year and moving into another house that we will house-hack, probably upgrade it with an intention of renting it in the future, and probably come back to the house that we live in right now. 

It's not an easy trek, but if you are absolutely committed and have access to some significant finances to invest, then it is achievable.
