Tenants moving on their own volition also saves lots of money on relocation fees.The gross income last August was $6,100.We then started to fix up the units, made private decks, put in heat pumps in the upstairs units and radiant heating in downstairs units, re-did the landscape, put in covered and secure bike parking, fixed some plumbing issues, and took out a bunch of carpet.

I've tried emailing the specific courts that handle each of these filings, as well as put in open records requests in order to see if there is a way to pull these lists online from resources that the county gives access to.

Two of them I put in my lease option program, the other is rented, and the last one I just finished getting it ready for the MLS or my lease option program.A few other homes in our rent to own portfolio became vacant and we were able to place new tenant buyers in them in less than a month.Those 4 homes I bought in the last 6 months have been with very little marketing.
