The company manages the properties and most have tenants (their reputation is so good that they have a list of renters waiting for homes).The owner of the company will speak with you directly, if you wold like to speak with him, but I can send you brochures of photos and info on some of them to see if you'd want to proceed.

hate to be the devil's advocate here, but that ad is from Baltimore. at the risk of possibly offending someone, I'm going to comment that Baltimore doesn't exactly have a reputation for maintaining the best education system... this poster may be just trying to reach out to the locals in their own (and his) vernacular.
