You can try to stipulate that in your offer, but it makes the whole deal a very unique and it will not be looked at very favorably by the listing agent, who acts as an advisor to the seller.

Hello - I recently have gone under contract with a unique multi family property in Bristol, RI.

Property taxes have "Super Lien Status" which is unique to only a couple types of liens.  

The math is the easy part, getting a resolution between quarreling siblings is the issue, without resorting to a court ordered sale, or division.  

But, this is a unique market and flippers are running very tight margins.

Selling houses is more of an art than a science as each seller, each buyer, each plot of land and each home is unique (unless you are in the cookie-cutter square box neighborhoods).
