What software is everyone using to track their revenue/expenses and to easily determine KPI's?

Seeing that real estate deals are very time sensitive, a quick response from your organization is something that’s really needed for a possible deal to go smooth.I ask this because I’ve haven’t gotten a response on a simple matter (whereabouts of my course materials and tracking number), so the lack of response concerns me.

I worked full time as a Real Estate Agent and transitioned to Investing, the leap to just investing is a big one, as the pay checks are far between at times with lots of money going out. also with out the W-2 job financing gets difficult until you have several years of significant track record on your taxes.

while they can and do throw the run of the mill asset finder off the track, when you accumulate some degree of wealth you will be dragged into court should a lawsuit arise.

It's beginning to feel not worth the hassle to continually track down payments for months at a time with no repercussions. 

Found a doozy on a routine inspection recently - I lost track at 24 cats 😕 - this tenant has been spiraling for a bit, but needless to say will be gone quickly.

Gave fake names of someone from SF and ended up tracking down the real people and they’ve heard their name being used before.

One your cash $40k and the other your financed $85k.Another option would be to track down the bank that is currently financing it and see if they will finance you to take over the asset.  

If you want to scale your business excel is just not a feasible long term option especially when it comes to follow up appointments, diligent note taking, recording phone calls, tracking deal stages etc.  

What's the best structure for such a partnership: liability, taxes, avoiding commingling with other deals, expense tracking, etc.
