Chicago - SpotHero Parking

Does anyone here use SpotHero to list any of their parking spaces? I recently joined a partnership with SpotHero earlier this year for my extra space and have had continuous issues regarding on-time payments and communication. Would love to hear about others' experiences! It's beginning to feel not worth the hassle to continually track down payments for months at a time with no repercussions.

Hey @Christopher Koechle - I don't have much value to add here either but also curious like @Jennie Berger to see if any other Chicago investors have had luck with this. In principle, I love the idea and of generating some extra passive income assuming it's worth your time. Maybe this is something that could be outsourced to a VA?
