Either way, developing a team where each person has a specialty is critical in larger multifamily.

Im starting too and feel very lost just because i dont have who to work with, im re searching studying and connecting dots lil by lil my self, but is not complicated, but a patient game, first secure a buyer list, make one, go out to meetings, groups and meet Realestate investors even online call them ask them of they requirements, they needs,  what they exactly looking for and then match them with the houses.

"build a list/team and then start". you have to start first and then look for people. noone will pick up the phone when you say "i am thinking of buying houses".

You need a team.

Being a young guy in the REI space is very easy to get lost in the home run stories of other investors (speaking from experience).

All the proceeds have gone to all the debt I’ve accrued, the home I lost during recent storms and Maria relief...
