I've taken real estate courses in college, enjoy studying R.E.

There was a great study done wish I had the link...about how all homeowners belive that yes in fact property values have dropped, but it only applies to everyone else in the neighborhood, not them.

I’m new to real estate world, have no background investing in RE, and glad to find this forum as my starting point to study this field.I have small retail business in Jakarta and want to make fortune in RE.

Don't get analysis paralysis like a lot of people do when they get a bunch of material to study.

I am a New Zealand based Real Estate investor.I have not gone through John's Perfect Storm set, however I have done his Bootcamp in 2001, several other courses and a bunch of his other home study courses.His main focus is Cashflow properties (lease/options or wraps), however a lot of info applies to any form of residential investing.I feel he definately delivers the goods (giving both the good and bad about anything, including sharing his mistakes as well.)

My partner is out of town and he's the one that's been studying how to do this, but I don't really know how.

Hi everyone,I'm pretty new to real estate, although I have studied investing for some time.

These forums are an excellent source of knowledge, study them.

Now, I know developing is a whole new ballpark than what I've been studying...but I do see some potential in this category of real estate.
