Hello everyone! I wanted to get the communities input on this and see if you guyz are going through the same thing.

I've been getting a flood of sellers, lately who seem to be stuck in a time warp and the year is 2005.

Remember, back in "the old days" when you would put a for sale sign in the yard and 3 minutes later, WHOOOSH! the house was sold.

Most of them have an appriasal in their hands thats at least 6 months old and they want full price and all cash. This is after they listend to my 24 hr recorded message that clearly states "We are investors and we expect to make a profit".

Maybe it just me but, am I the only person who knows we are in a housing crisis? The media is doing an outstanding job of letting everyone know the present conditions of the current economy. So what gives?

Are you guyz going through this too? Let me know!

Thanks!
