Hey everyone, thanks for viewing my post. I'm not sure if all new members post introductions but judging from the number of views the topic gets and the positive comments left by others everyone should.
I live in Philly: Eat here, sleep here, and plan to make money here =)
I own my house, a rental property, and an asset holdings company for investment purposes. I've taken real estate courses in college, enjoy studying R.E./Investment books, and researching the market here. I won't go into too much detail here because that stuff is in the profile section; just know that I have a strong passion for this industry and will do anything related in the field from passing out flyers for available houses to having round table discussions to securing partnership deals.
