Not call the lender and just start paying from my business account.

We have two banks...a big bank that we started with, and a smaller, community bank that we went to when we outgrew the big bank.

Next I'll be reading Real Estate by the Numbers.I plan on purchasing a property toward September/October 2024, so I'll be learning, networking, and getting things started until then :)Thanks for reading and looking forward to contributing to this amazing community!

They rented out a bed room to a young couple with a small child, since the mother of the 2 girls worked they decided to have the roommate be the sitter, after a few months the 8 year old girl started to act strange she would wake up crying at night she would pea in her bed.

Experienced contractors regularly have to add change orders once they get started because things arent always the same once you start doing the work.  

While this is a lot, I am looking to start with either the stable or the lodging in place and then expand. 

I'm super excited to start this journey and am happy to have found BP and this community to help and guide me!
