Say average house is 300,000 and as a new agent first year you have a 50/50 split for training.

I have a fair amount of capital in stocks and similar investments but feel like that investment train is slowing down and could possibly correct negatively so I am looking to diversify into real estate.  

Also, I see people talking about big brokers w training vs small brokers that let you do your own thing; which way did you decide and how do you like your decision?

I believe there have been many instances of this bill being stalled.  

I did take some small tid bits away from class but nothing like full time in a real estate office will do for you. even if you are not trying to become retail agent I would still recommend hanging with highly trained bunch.

You can always sell your properties FSBO or with a Limited Service listing.If you do plan to use the license a 100% company is a good choice unless you need training.
