I'm also blessed to have learned the concept of financial independence, true investing (purchasing assets instead of liabilities), and great savings habits at an early age.Not sure where I should really start. 

It was no longer an academic exercise or talking about a concept and how cool it would be to do after listening to podcasts and reading books.

It was a small 12 unit, but same concept.

I am running into an issue with the seller's attorney who is unfamiliar with concept of broker fee rebates towards either purchase price or towards buyer closing costs (note: will be within Fannie/Freddie percentage requirements).

Maybe I am not understanding this entire BRRRR concept (although fortunately for you, you should get your 10,000 back in about a year or two if you get everything the bank will give you, but I see people do this where there money will be in the house for 15-20 years before they just break even - but I presume these were just bad investments).

Your 401k can't have anything to do with this LLC.Not sure if you understand the concept correctly.

We call this concept the risk yield premium.

Having said that, if you're like me, concepts don't really "sink in" or get internalized until you have an actual potential "deal" or transaction to check out or pursue and you've got to execute the steps and do things that you don't yet know how to.
