Credit Card with a self directed 401k LLC

I know a self directed 401k LLC is not allowed to apply for a business credit card because I must sign for it, and am permitted via disqualified persons rule....but, can the 401k obtain the LLC if the LLC already has a business credit card that I previously signed for personally to build business credit the and also possibly a mortgage that I signed for because they would not lend to business in the beginning I had to personally sign too?

Thankyou.
