How can I use my time advantage to speed up the buying process without cutting corners?

I have a few other deals to be had, I just need a seasoned investor to guide me along the way, I am not up to speed on all the creative purchasing strategies and what solution best suits each deal, as you well know each purchase has their own unique strategy.

Maybe a 3-4 day $600 class makes sense, but not the full blown $16,000 (and up) training courses like "Note School", from Eddie Speed.  

If for any reason you feel like that's not your cup of tea, read into states you feel are more your speed or interest.

With all the public transportation money being spent - The high speed rail being added from Miami to Orlando International Airport - and the theme parks (that everyone knows Orlando for) the amount of international investment is certainly increasing. 

These courses may speed that process up to some degree, but when you realize that 99% of the people that attend are not going to be successful investors, what did you really gain?

So far we have done a lot of the work on the houses ourselves while both having full time jobs but now we're interested speeding our process up and growing this into a successful business.
