Investment Properties in Orlando

Hi Everyone!

I learned that Orlando, FL is by far, the most visited destination by brazilians. So I am seriously considering managing investments from here in Curitiba, Brazil. Is it too risky to manage REI from abroad? Could someone reccomend reliable RE Investment firms for that area that I could work with? Thank you.
