My name is Kory Hannah and my girlfriend/partner Amie Hull and I are just getting started in the real estate world of St. Louis Missouri. We bought and rehabbed our primary residence a few years ago, did one complete flip and are currently working on the rehab of our second one. So far we have done a lot of the work on the houses ourselves while both having full time jobs but now we're interested speeding our process up and growing this into a successful business. Amie is making the move to sell real estate full time at the beginning of the year and I would like to build the business into something that I could focus on full time as well. We're looking forward to everything that we can learn from this community growing our portfolio with both rentals and fix and flip properties.  We have just gotten started listening to the podcasts and are really impressed with the amount of advice and information that is available.
