1/3 rd of your life is spent sleeping on mattresses yet everyone goes cheap on them.

Do whatever gets you the most sleep at night. 

I think if you know the devils your dealing with you can pick and choose your battles, opening your self up to a lawsuite absolutely   not,  running your wire in a reno, boarding everything than just having your inspector coming for the panel hook up I can sleep at night with. 

Lose sleep over those you didn't buy.

What I love about these two games is that there is no limit to how much money you can make, but in real estate, I won't have anybody trying to stick a gun to my head and I'll be able to sleep well at night.

I literally cant sleep thinking about this.

I'd guess it would be very hard to sleep which would limit your potential customers greatly. 

Yes, I will pay a higher percentage rate, but 1-2% is worth sleeping well.  

I do have a pretty detailed lease stating housing regulations with roommates, and also had an addendum signed re stating the rules and how I will be enforcing them.But there is more to it, the individual had a friend over, whom barged into the females room while she was sleeping asking for a ride home, and on another occasion I was also told the problematic roommate was drunk walking around the home with JUST a shirt on, with all the goods hanging out.

I am hungry to see my dreams come to reality. right now i feel like that it is worth more than my sleep!
