Take that 3 to 7 thousand and put into into an appreciating asset....not some slick suited dude that charges beginners thousands of dollars to sit there and dream, while he tells you all about how great he is as his staff runs your credit card in the back room.       

My goal is to take advantage of a fixed rate, long term conventional loan/s. It’s

I actually work at an investment firm in Seattle (Just graduated, just started), and I hate the idea of the money sitting there and not working as I continue to contribute to it!

So all together with a few personal holdings we are now sitting at 73 rental units and approximately 4.5 mil in valued assets.

I didn't enjoy pounding stakes as a concrete laborer or peeling logs or sitting in a cubicle after an hour long commute for 5 years either.  

A little background about me, I have been saving money for a house for a few years now and have around 26k sitting in the bank diligently growing every month.

The difference between mine and the ones that sold is mine sits on a double lot and I have a 2 car garage.

If that is the case, I'm thinking about the delayed financing option to at least get 80% of my money back to put in other deals so I'm not sitting on the sidelines for a year.

That's why no one has bought it yet and it continues to sit.

I think I'll sit this one out, bite my lip and pay the PM.
