I'm not a lawyer, no legal advice, but if it says "in accordance with terms provided by Owner," and it's not in accordance with terms you provided them, then I'd think you shouldn't have to accept it.

Now its a different owner and since you don't have an insurable interest your policy may be null and void --- ask the Title company. 

I think it could be a viable business model if you were going to owner finance out the homes; not as rentals.

The larger the database of business owners and investors you make, the better success you will have.

This was a REO and the bank required that I pay lender's and owner's title policy and would not negotiate that.

I like their content, but they seem less genuine when you go to their site and they force you into a sales call to find out how much the program costs, like all the other gurus.
