Real estate is one of the last great free-market environments. everything is negotiable, and some providers are better than others, meaning they offer more complete/sophisticated service and response, wider marketing exposure, etc.I compete routinely against both higher than 5% and lower than 10% management rates and anywhere from one month's rent for a leasing fee, to half that.

I am planning to buy and hold for 10 years and sell it for my child education and my retirement.Or if I hav the finance increase the value by building a mini commercial complex like McDonald,postal service,petrol station,etc,The location is a issue now.Either I should buy in urban or rural area.If you need any other additional info please let me know.Tonnes of appreciation

If you're not unlicensed, I still view it as unethical and there's the possibility the homeowner could wind up owing the Realtor the commission they agreed upon when initially signing a contract if they sell the property to you.Once their contract has expired, the homeowner is fair game, and then you should actively pursue them if you're interested in putting something together.
