Reputable G.C referral

Hello all,

This is a first time post for me; I have been an active flipper/new build investor in the Twin Cities metro for a few years. Ultimately I'd like to find a G.C that can handle my projects, from demo to final finish.

I'm looking to build a long term relationship with a company that possesses the following: Fair pricing, timely & efficient, communicative, can get the job done on time & on budget. If you know of such a company or if you know of a project manager that can run a project with subs & get the same results...I'd deeply appreciate a referral.
