It would be a huge service.

The main strategy at first will be to sell real estate option contracts and consulting services. 

I dont know of any of any service/forum for tenants to describe their needs.

I can give you a PM in the Chesterfield area that also does realty services.

I'm completely done with working in customer service and the constant yelling and fuss from the public I deal with on a day-to-day basis.

We have family we can stay with so we're not in a huge rush on the buy side but here are a few ideas we're throwing around.1) Look for a SFH in an area with a lot of appreciation potential in the next few years (thinking Inglewood in light of the new stadium and all the development down there) 2) Look for a 2-4plex in Torrance/Redondo area- live in one, rent the other.3) Look for better cash flow and lower purchase prices out of state- would focus on MF properties.Once we narrow down which direction we're going in, I will absolutely reach out to those offering their services/expertise.

i guess this will be tougher to regulate, but from what i have seen this specific building has decent tenants who did not seem to abuse the service. 

You can always call the big boys like Renter's Warehouse but I've heard big PM companies give you bad service, IDK I PM my own.

The list goes on.You can get a sense from that that how you'll manage in a particular area is really defined by a combo of a lot of external things and how you fit your services into the local market, and how to best serve the needs of your clients and tenants.Beyond all of those things, the best advice you can get, if you're serious about building a property management company, is to really think about what systems you want to put in place.
