Brian, I did have a pro membership on here but just downgraded because I wasn't seeing any value for the pro membership - I did see where you could post deals but they were all jumbled up with different locations and it just didn't seem to be all that user friendly.

I live right next to a whole neighborhood of duplexes in Encinitas where people seem to be doing house hacking.

I just saw a 4-unit on Comfort street that seemed interesting.I looked a lot near park Ave (so upper Monroe/East Ave), and there are a lot of options there.

They don't seem to have a cookie cutter approach to your loan.

I've researched and found that it seems like Land Trusts are a good way to do this so the tenant can't find out you actually own the property.

They seem perplexed when I ask for a straight loan with out the balloon payment.
