crazy how much values have gone up in just 5 years that's an amazing price you should check how much equity you have now and repost the info I'm sure others would appreciate it. 

I get that you wouldn't be able to get approved for a loan since there's no source of income but if that's only a short time away you may want to consider saving up and going that route.
