Be careful with using AirDNA for analysis, though - the data can be useful, but the numbers are quite high in my experience, so take it with a shaker of salt.

Below is my lease provision (Warning - Not legal advice):LAWN CARE & SNOW/ ICE REMOVAL:It is the Tenant’s responsibility to take care of all snow/ice removal and lawn care of the premises, the following are the terms of such responsibility: ALL sidewalks, porches, and normal traffic areas on premises must be kept clear of snow and ice by shoveling and salting (snow salt is to provided by Tenant).

You will match up with the right people pretty quick.When I hear newbies at the Salt Lake REIAs or lunch meetings try to find an agent that will "help them find a good deal" I think they are wasting their time.
