Since we hold relatively little compared to our # of unit sales, one LLC for each business & personal seems to cover us well enough considering the assets are smaller multifamily.

Do you have an opinion on the consumer protection issues related to wholesaling...consumer with a 6th grade education works for 30-years, pays off her mortgage and hasn't a clue about the power of equity in her home...in comes a wholesaler promising the world and negotiating away the equity she has built up....seems to me the Attorney General's would want to take this on at some point...

Per rentroll, total rent $4,260, HOA $1203, annual property tax $5,600. there are 4 or 5 apartment complex in the area. this apartment complex is below the average and rent is relatively low as well. there are quite a few office building within walking distance.
