There is plenty of space in each unit to make them each  4 bed/2 bath and bump rents to ~$1300.

@Tim LemonsThis is one of the frequent times when I have to agree with @Dennis M. but I have different reasons this time.You're pretty much screwed on space in both bathrooms.

I pay $150.00 for a 1500 sf apartment, which is 10 cents sf, but that's what's usually charged for a furnished space too. 

What the general public doesn't understand is that Global Economics revolves around investors.

You need to sit down and map out all the known events that happen throughout your day (For example: gym at 6:30am, public speaking class at 7:45am, lunch at 12pm, etc.)

And boom I get email alerts from private & public investors having filled the capture form on one of my websites.

Fortunately, all we needed was a copy of the PSA, a statement from the broker saying that the deal was publicly marketed with multiple offers, and a couple appraisal blurbs and... boom... you've got a certified, undeniable market value to tie to.

This public declaration is really for me.
