Rehab Estimating per sq ft

Hello, I'm fairly new at being a landlord and have a question about turnover cost. Is there a ballpark sq ft cost to do a simple clean, paint, carpet etc? I'm really trying to simplify the process of getting bids and If I knew $3,$4 etc was the norm it would really help.

Thanks,

 Jay
