Otherwise, without a strategy or plan, you will be wasting your time and money.

I'm planning on participating in my first auction next month and I'd like to talk through it with someone who has a bit of experience already. 

I currently don’t own any RE but plan to in the next couple years. 

It’s all good and well to advise you to do a fix and flip but if you’re not handy yourself or haven’t started building your team yet then you have some basic planning to do first.

Because of where I am (Four Corners) most people are flying in anyway to go to parks and don't bring their animals with them so it's not particularly an issue.

I have plans to upgrade the interior as I’ve heard about the “live and flip” concept from a bigger pockets podcast episode about getting started in real estate.

If you're planning to go it alone and "build your team" from scratch... no.
