You can't see it in this picture, but the ones I buy have a folding cover, so nothing can spill out of the top in case I end up doing a hard brake in my car and things go flying.

Hello Josha,Since you would like to keep the original design you now have, I would suggest just adding a picture of an investment property to the front of the pocket.

I don't know the tenant lease laws in California, so I can't really comment on that, but I think you might be losing perspective on the big picture here.
