I'm certainly not a fan of Rich Dad,Poor Dad....but setting aside 10% is a better idea than 5%, but 15% would be better!

I saw they have a 'get 10,000 fans' type of services among others including fan page design etc...I'm curious if anyone else has done something similar and what your results were.

What really matters to me, which I forget 99% of the time, is that I am choosing real estate investment as a career, not only because of my passion towards the field and idea of being my own boss, but because if done properly and morally, it has the ability to grant me that "freedom" to pursue my other goals in life.
