If she is not out by Monday morning, what do I need to do?

I would attend as well but I prefer evenings or first thing in the morning if possible.

So I'm currently in the middle of a cashout refi.

I sent out 100K this morning, and she sent an email verifying receipt of funds.

For my money, I like the idea of subsidized rent as a guarantee against complete rental loss from a flakey tenant that takes off in the middle of the night.....Good luck!

Good morning BP,This question is to find out the current cost per square foot, not including land, was to build new town homes and single family homes in the Apollo Beach - Ruskin area of Tampa Bay, Florida.I see a lot of development in Waterset around Apollo Beach and other areas and wondered what the building cost per square foot was averaging.Could you enlighten me?

I'm sure you can find a 12-unit in the middle of nowhere for $400K, but that doesn't mean its going to make the same amount of cash-flow that a 6-unit in a prime location for $400K will.  

I was in the middle of cash out refi on the home to pull money out to use as a down payment for another home similar to the 1st unit.

I build "education time" into my schedule its usually first thing in the morning before the family gets up or last thing at night once everyone goes to bed rarely in the middle of the day but occasionally.
