Construction costs for Ruskin and Apollo beach areas of Tampa

Good morning BP, This question is to find out the current cost per square foot, not including land, was to build new town homes and single family homes in the Apollo Beach - Ruskin area of Tampa Bay, Florida. I see a lot of development in Waterset around Apollo Beach and other areas and wondered what the building cost per square foot was averaging. Could you enlighten me? Thanks for any and all help.
