At @Tony Velez if you are inexperienced and the current owner is willing let them handle the eviction like @Chris K.If you buy the property in the middle of the eviction, there is paperwork you will need to fill out with the court which will allow you to take the former owners interest in the eviction.Call a Connecticut lawyer or go to any courthouse to get a rundown on how that process works.
