           Hello everyone,

My name is Salvador Marin. I am a native Californian born in San Diego and lived in many places from Chula Vista to Redding, CA. Currently I live in Chino, CA within the Inland Empire for work.

I have no real background in real estate aside from my father having been an agent and broker.

I’m still working my job in Project Management. I’ve worked in Solar with Paramount Solar and Solar City and currently I am working in M.A. Steiner Construction as an Assistant Project Manager on the TRTP project in Chino Hills, CA.

Here is a good site I found about it: http://www.chinohills.org/index.aspx?nid=1115

I am interested in learning anything I can about investing. Personally I think I am a middle of the road with my mentality on investing i.e. not super conservative or aggressive. However that might change depending on the kinds of deals I eventually do.

It is a pleasure to meet you all and I look forward to learning from you.

Salvador Marin
