After some strong negotiating that hinged of us not willing to work with the sellers if they didn't accept our offer that night, we were able to put the house under contract before multiple offers came in.

If you stay on the weekends because you are away Mon - Fri, there shouldn't be an issue.Please note, depending on the location, property type, and seller's situation (i.e. their motivation & desired closing date) 203K loans can be difficult to get accepted.

If there is a due-on-sale clause; you can just quitclaim them anyway and hope there is no issue or get written acceptance/agreement of the quitclaim from your lender (most likely never going to happen).

since the refinence loan ammount will be around $100k, my current policy covers 250% of the loan amount so why can't the bank accept it?
