When I get the seller to sign the contract that I plan on assigning to another buyer,  I have to give them copies obviously so I just leave and bring them back?

I'm not a lawyer, but If you are not taking title by assigning your contracts, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of exposure there.

The only subjective area is just how much you can maximize the travel benefits (assigning a dollar value to your points) and how quickly they will be devalued by the travel companies (it is inevitable like inflation, but how much and how soon is unknown)Very generally speaking, the best cash back cards provide better rewards than travel cards, however signing bonuses tip the scales in favor of travel cards for the first few years.

Sure, it can help if you're talking to people to mention that you are a broker, but outside of that, you don't get any special privileges or knowledge just from earning your RE license.
