If he actually complains he doesn't have a picture/video of that ask him why not, since everyone has cameras on their cell phones these days and if your contractor was using that much water there should have been plenty of time to get pictures/video of it.

@Ana Nomys There were plenty of signs for a year or so now... with Philly and NYC having their own casinos definitely had a huge effect on Atlantic City casinos P&L and will for the duration.

This runs counter to conventional wisdom, but there are plenty of them on BP and in local REIAs who are willing to help you succeed.

Despite plenty of reading and listening to lectures, there is no replacement for experiential learning.

We have a lot of members from up that way so you'll find plenty of opportunity to network here.

As long as they've given plenty of notice, I remind them of their obligation to the lease and remind them that they are responsible for that entire lease but... if they will keep the place neat and clean so that I can show it to new prospects I will try to fill it.
