Hi everyone!

I'm very new to all of this. I'm almost finished with my FL real estate course (started it and in the middle found investing may be the way to go), have been reading like crazy on investing, flipping, rehabs etc and just finished a 3 day workshop. I realize I'm just starting to scratch the service. But I have some basic questions....starting with where do I start?? Is it more important to find the deal before figuring out the money ( I wouldn't think so), or having a business name put into place and getting a business account started?? I have a IRA that I learning I can use for investing. Would it be wise to start there or do I need the deal before I start pulling that money. I would imagine I need to find out everything I can about how to use my IRA (as well as a 401k that I have, however it's less money). I feel like I should get some basic items in order first or would it be better to do it all simultaneously??

Thanks all for any help you can give the super pink eyes closed newbie :)
