Really enjoy interacting with interested renters and guests.

Being able to talk to and interact with the local investors goes a long way to wholesaling property to them.

Make sure to listen to as many podcasts as you can, and follow along and interact on here as you listen to other investors.

You'll probably get a lot better interaction here on the site when people don't have to look at the "mystery Man" holding the dollar sign!

It is a complex and long term relationship that is defined, built and nurtured, you will have overtime some rogue outlier investors as you market yourself and push your brand, however, the core business and interaction will require much effort and networking.

I want to offer a concierge type service that provides an owner with only what they need, from setting up their listing, only helping with guests interaction  to full service management.  

Sometimes that affects the kind of deals you can negotiate, so just be mindful of that.Lastly, I have a standard framework for my interactions with sellers.
