My name is Beverly and I live 45 miles outside Las Vegas in Pahrump, NV. I am new to real estate investing. I will be partnering with my son who is also new to real estate investing. We are interested in wholesaling and want to learn as much as we can to be effective. I have renovated my previous house with my hubby who has experience in that area. Other than that I have no experience in real estate.
