@Ronald Pryce if I understand you numbers correctly you would be saving $45 a month instantly. 

I suspect the reason most people get into wholesaling is because it sounds easy, they get instant gratification.

That coverage is used if a covered loss exceeds the limits of the underlying policy (Auto, Home, Dwelling Fire, boat, etc...). 

Or it is a buy below ARV for an instant equity gain.

Some folks don't allow instant booking at all, so that should not be a problem or you could just allow instant booking on one of the platforms and require guests to inquire about booking through the other.

The investors get there money back instantly, if really want depending on deal could pocket some if they dont want that much 200k for saftey they could take out 50k and make a profit in 1 month. 

And I TOLD him how to do it too, but you were instantly in attack mode you didn't even see I told him how!

If you are thinking of just purchasing Liability you may find that it is not much more to do a Dwelling Fire policy with a very high deductible.
