Very new investor no deals have va loan looking to house hack and idea for a big deal

Hello,

My name is dan. I am a vet eligable for a va loan.  I am in debt which should be paid off in about 14 months.  I have been reading books and watching youtube.  i am looking for a house hack type deal.  i live in bucks county and homes are very expensive and multi family houses are few or very expensive and wont work for house hack goal.  I also have an idea where everyone wins and makes alot of money.  idea is to buy hotel with enough rooms with low enough down payment.  ex idea is to find hotel maybe the down payment is 800k which investors put up.  Then as soon as they buy hotel sell sets of 4 rooms to vet using va loan for about 350k a piece. So 1,000,050.  That is enough to pay investors with 200k safety money.  then turn hotel to medium term apt.  So you have alot lHss work then running a hotel with people coming and going cleaning franchise fees ets.  Then you find out how many rooms do you need rented at x price to break even. And how much profit if %80 or %90 ASted.  plus alot hotels have bars kitchen event spaces extra income.  So the vets get a free place to live plus a little renting out 3 or 4 rooms.  The investors get there money back instantly, if really want depending on deal could pocket some if they dont want that much 200k for saftey they could take out 50k and make a profit in 1 month.  Then the hotel is  basicly free.  Put it in a llc then there protected if anything goes wrong,  Though the vets will always keep there rooms writtin in sale if hotel is sold they still keep those rooms. As a vet i can believe i can refinance and do same thing again while now bringing in more money renting 4 rooms about 1400 a month.  The best thing is this idea is repeatable as long as you find a hotel with enough rooms cheap enough for down payment could reuse investors as they get money back in a month or make money if enough extra after rooms sold to vets.
