Hey Aaron, at Frank Rolfe's Mobile Home University Bootcamp I attended earlier this year, they mentioned 7 houses per acres is ideal, but you could go up to 15 per acre depending on the market.

Ideally, a commute of no longer than 1 hour is what I am shooting for, however I am certainly flexible with that.

See if you can get a class with tiffany ross (or stiles, i cant remember which she goes by now). she kept everything really fun whcih is hard to do when youre talking about boring material. 

I find it easier to do it that way and I don't have to remember what property it is for.
