Hi,Had the wonderful opportunity to hire my first employee this year.

Not only that, but I research the places she allegedly worked and find a front desk number and employee directory to confirm that the alleged reference actually works there.Oh, and I won't rent to anybody named NINA WILLIS for f**k sake... how the hell can any landlord in Ontario not know that name and shudder at the thought!?

If you are hiring him on an ongoing basis and you set his hours and other details about the position, he may fall into the employee category and that's a whole different story taxwise
