You see, I have been dabbling in a hobby of "small houses", consultations and tours for over two years. Bought a small house in (2014), got approval from the City Of Austin to place it on my lot (2016) and now in the process of hooking the house to utilities that will serve as an (ADU), employee quarters or vacation house for visitors.
